What you'll do

• Lead and develop department managers and team leads

• identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
• establish KPIs, scorecards, and performance standards
• improve workflows, SOPs, training, and quality assurance
• partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and employee development
• work with the Systems Director on automation and technology improvements
• lead operational projects through implementation
• address operational issues before escalation
• improve consistency and accountability.
