Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

The Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor role is onsite in Wilmington, MA, every weekend or every other weekend from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Pay is $38–$60 per hour. Willow Brook Rehabilitation is a 142-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility focused on compassionate, quality resident care. The supervisor coordinates nursing care and provides clinical oversight to staff during assigned shifts. By monitoring resident conditions, supporting appropriate interventions, and ensuring compliance with care plans and facility requirements, the role contributes to safe, timely resident care and effective daily nursing operations.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care
• provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff
• monitor resident conditions and ensure interventions are implemented and documented
• ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies
• communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
• prioritize care based on clinical urgency
• support nursing regulations and safety standards.
