The technician completes service requests, repairs, and preventive maintenance to maintain and enhance the assigned apartment community. The role supports resident service, property safety, curb appeal, and the community’s physical condition, including participation in an on-call rotation for emergency service.

What you'll do

• Complete service requests and repairs thoroughly and promptly
• assist with equipment and supply inventory
• maintain preventive maintenance schedules
• communicate with residents, vendors, and supervisors
• inspect grounds and buildings
• support safety and hazard communication programs
• assist with move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance turn events
• perform scheduled equipment maintenance
• resolve complaints
• maintain records and clean common areas
• perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs
• participate in the emergency on-call rotation.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of maintenance experience, residence within 30 miles of the assigned property, reliable transportation, and ability to accommodate rotating on-call duty and varied schedules including weekends and holidays. EPA Type I and II certification is preferred.
