What you'll do

• Lead execution of IT strategy, roadmap, priorities, and improvement initiatives
• own IT operations, business systems, cybersecurity, end-user technology, enterprise AI governance, and related documentation
• oversee MSP service delivery, help-desk performance, escalations, and continuous improvement
• assess technology needs with business leaders
• oversee identity and access management, onboarding and offboarding, device and software lifecycle, vendors, licensing, and procurement
• implement and monitor information and data security controls
• partner on incident response, disaster recovery, backups, and business continuity.
