Senior Tools Support Engineer, ALM Customization and Configuration

Job overview

The Senior Tools Support Engineer role is onsite in Coppell, TX, with compensation of $50 per hour. The role reports to the Direct Delivery (DPO COE) organization and supports engineering project teams with application lifecycle management tools. The engineer configures, maintains, and supports ALM tools so engineering teams can use project-specific workflows and services effectively. The role contributes by resolving user issues, supporting deployments and upgrades, automating repetitive tasks, and providing monitoring, reporting, and training across projects and time zones.

What you'll do

• Provide ALM tools support and troubleshoot user issues
• create users and projects
• monitor usage and report
• support Quality Center customization
• deploy tool suites to engineering projects
• create scripts and automate repetitive tasks
• produce charts and dashboards
• support audit reporting
• pilot and test tools before upgrades or rollouts
• maintain applications, migrate projects, implement patches, and validate upgraded environments
• configure roles, entities, alerts, workflows, dashboards, and reports
• coordinate with network, database, and architecture teams
• communicate tool usage and best practices.
