The Clinical Coordinator – Children’s Integrated role is onsite in Flint, MI; the stated salary range is $60,645.10–$82,085.95 per year. Genesee Health System’s clinical team provides assessment, treatment, and care coordination for youth with intellectual or developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. The coordinator assesses youth and coordinates services across mental health programs and community agencies. The role supports continuity of care through evaluations, intake, treatment and discharge planning, crisis intervention, and wraparound services; home-based services and placement support may also be provided.

What you'll do

• Assess and treat youth diagnosed with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental illness
• coordinate care and service delivery for an assigned caseload
• communicate and consult with agencies and programs
• conduct biopsychosocial evaluations and intake assessments
• coordinate evaluation, admission, treatment, discharge, and after-care plans
• provide therapeutic crisis intervention, disposition services, and wraparound services. May assist with stabilization after psychiatric hospitalization, placement services, and home-based services.
