Speech Therapist in Martinsburg, WV. This is a full-time, onsite position. The pay is $39.00 - $48.00/hr, with a $10,000 incentive bonus. Powerback Rehabilitation is a leader in physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapies. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you help patients regain their ability to communicate and swallow. You will design and implement therapy plans to restore, reinforce, and enhance speech and communication abilities, working collaboratively with patients and caregivers to promote independence.

What you'll do

• Help patients communicate, swallow, and diminish or remediate disorders or deficits.
• Take responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of rehab services.
• Design and execute patient plans.
• Address the whole patient and individual needs.
• Adapt to patient needs and settings.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals as needed.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills for independence and productivity.

What we're looking for

Education

Master's Degree

Experience

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or similar. Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.
