• Develop referral relationships in an assigned territory

• deliver presentations
• conduct post-referral client evaluations and gather admission documentation
• communicate client information to clinical supervisors
• coordinate medical supplies when needed
• maintain compliant records
• participate in business development and quality activities
• attend community events
• respond to calls and concerns
• protect patient information under privacy policies and HIPAA.
