What you'll do

• Follow care plan directives
• provide direct patient care
• assist residents with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, movement, and transportation to dining rooms and activities
• observe and report changes or unusual findings to nurses
• coordinate vital-sign recording and maintain ADL records
• follow infection-control precautions
• answer call lights and check that resident needs are met.
