Molder / Machine Operator, Third Shift

The Molder / Machine Operator role is onsite in Port Washington, WI, on the third shift from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. Molded Dimensions Group manufactures custom-engineered rubber and plastic components for customers across multiple industries. The operator sets up and runs injection molding equipment to produce components that meet customer specifications and quality requirements. The role contributes to safe, efficient production through inspections, material handling, and communication about equipment or quality issues.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate injection molding machines
• follow process sheets and work instructions
• supply raw materials
• position inserts and load rubber materials
• remove finished products
• perform trimming, sorting, inspection, and assembly as required
• communicate equipment, tooling, quality, or production concerns
• follow safety and PPE requirements.
