What you'll do

• Plan shift work
• ensure operators have materials, instructions, available machines, and training
• supervise hourly union associates
• hold teams accountable for safe and efficient performance
• coach employees and recommend improvements
• maintain attendance, absence, call-in, and overtime records and approve time in ADP
• address first-step grievances under policy
• coordinate with maintenance and other departments
• reinforce lean practices including 6S, Visual Management, RTFT, and Tier Communication.
