What you'll do

• Coach technicians on identifying customer needs, documenting findings, and explaining repair and replacement options
• review service calls, tickets, photos, and recommendations
• manage schedules and conduct meetings, call reviews, training, and coaching
• improve handoffs among technicians, lead coordinators, and Comfort Advisors
• assist with onboarding, lead management, coverage, phone closing, follow-up, and customer situations
• monitor lead flow and use metrics to identify performance gaps.
