What you'll do

• Assist the Executive Chef with sanitation, ServSafe, safety, production, and merchandising requirements
• train and develop back-of-house employees
• ensure food quality and presentation
• assist with planning, ordering, inventory, and food preparation
• support cost controls and expenditures
• roll out culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
