What you'll do

• Manage project budgets and schedules
• review subcontractor and vendor buyouts
• track submittals, RFIs, drawings, schedules, and files
• manage change order requests
• communicate with superintendents, foremen, general contractors, and clients
• assist with closeout documentation
• build project relationships
• manage multiple projects simultaneously.
