What you'll do

• Compile base estimates for public works, heavy civil, earthwork, and utility projects
• build crew-based cost models in HCSS HeavyBid
• perform digital quantity takeoffs
• solicit and scope vendor and subcontractor quotes
• assist with bid-day closings
• draft baseline construction schedules in Primavera P6
• review bid documents and identify risks
• conduct site visits and pre-bid meetings
• prepare bid hand-off packages.
