What you'll do

• Assist residents with dressing, eating, grooming, personal hygiene, mobility, communication, and toileting
• follow personalized care plans while promoting dignity and independence
• observe residents and report changes or concerns to nursing
• build relationships with residents and families
• participate in community activities, wellness programs, dining experiences, and events
• collaborate with Health and Wellness, Culinary, Lifestyle, and Hospitality teams
• document services provided or declined
• administer medication only where licensed.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required. One or more years of experience assisting with activities of daily living and working with seniors is highly preferred. CNA or CMA credentials are preferred; senior-care experience may be considered in lieu of licensure.
