What you'll do

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other items using kitchen equipment
• portion, season, and marinate food according to recipes
• maintain station stock and product rotation
• follow cooking and presentation standards
• keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitary
• assist with food preparation during off-peak periods and kitchen closing.
