What you'll do

• Maintain financial records
• record and categorize transactions
• manage accounts payable and receivable
• process vendor invoices and payments
• reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• review transactions for accuracy
• assist with payroll reconciliation and reporting
• organize invoices, receipts, payments, and financial documents
• monitor outstanding balances and follow up
• assist with monthly and year-end reporting
• prepare documentation for management, accountants, and auditors
• identify discrepancies and communicate concerns
• maintain confidentiality
• assist with accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
