International Sales Assistant

What you'll do

• Coordinate international trade shows and business trips

• prepare agendas and itineraries
• follow up on leads from trade shows and other channels
• research business opportunities
• qualify initial inquiries and route qualified opportunities to sales or business development
• research competitive products and market trends
• support new product development and launches
• prepare presentations, reports, and marketing materials
• translate product monographs into Spanish
• coordinate with the external social media agency
• support website and digital communications
• provide management with customer and market insights.
