Implementation Manager – Client Services

The manager leads provider implementations from handoff through production launch, coordinating client requirements, technical setup, testing, and internal teams to deliver implementations on schedule and transition clients to ongoing support.

What you'll do

• Manage provider implementations through testing, production readiness, go-live, and support transition
• serve as the primary client contact
• gather and validate requirements
• coordinate configuration, connectivity, file setup, and testing
• manage plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• lead meetings and document decisions
• support user acceptance testing and issue resolution
• coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support.
