Part-Time Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Part-Time Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, for 25 hours per week. Pay is $22.00–$25.00 per hour. The technician maintains property operations under the guidance of the Property Manager and Regional Manager. What you'll do

• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance
• complete service requests daily
• document work in the electronic work-order system
• inspect vacated units and prepare make-ready checklists
• complete assigned projects
• inspect property exteriors for maintenance needs
• perform or oversee preventive repairs
• order parts and maintain inventory
• obtain vendor bids and negotiate pricing
• perform emergency maintenance after hours as needed
• follow safety standards and keep work areas clean.
