What you'll do
- Orient individuals to treatment and Center services
- work with individuals and case managers or social workers on Recovery Wellness Plans and progress
- help identify recovery goals and strategies
- guide individuals through recovery
- escort them to appointments and community resources as needed
- support self-advocacy
- participate with clinical staff in crisis intervention
- document peer activities and interactions
- conduct outreach and identify barriers to resources.
