Sales and Marketing Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and provide feedback to Front Desk Representatives
• assist with daily operations and staff management
• train front desk staff in customer service, iClassPro, point of sale, and promotional items
• provide sales and marketing training
• conduct front desk new-hire training
• maintain facility cleanliness
• host monthly employee workshops
• set front desk sales incentives with the owner and managers
• perform other assigned duties.
