What you'll do

• Lead and oversee Middle School day-to-day operations
• articulate and advance a vision for the student experience
• partner with school leaders to align division priorities
• establish academic standards and monitor program quality
• support high-school readiness
• build relationships with students and oversee behavior and accountability
• coach, supervise, and evaluate faculty
• support faculty onboarding and recruitment
• communicate with families
• integrate Jewish values, culture, tradition, Hebrew, and Israel into the Middle School experience.
