What you'll do

  • Represent construction projects with above-average complexity
  • maintain detailed construction records
  • coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineers
  • perform or coordinate material testing and interpret results
  • measure work products and determine quantities and associated payment
  • coordinate site surveying and review staking against plans
  • provide technical advice on modifications and repairs
  • inspect sites and evaluate contractor work for conformance.
