What you'll do

• Support day-to-day dispensary operations
• coach, train, onboard, and develop employees
• assist with staffing and scheduling
• oversee opening and closing procedures, inventory, cash handling, records, and reporting
• address escalated customer or employee concerns
• support community outreach
• and help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
