Field Service Technician II

Job overview

The Field Service Technician II role is onsite and road/client based, with a home territory in Janesville, WI. Pay is $31.50–$41.10 per hour; all travel time is paid, with overtime and weekend premiums described in the posting. Adaptec Solutions technicians maintain customers’ automation and material handling systems.

What you'll do

• Install, perform preventive maintenance on, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical material handling equipment and 480V electrical systems.
• Respond to emergency calls within the territory as needed, document work in the E-360 reporting system, communicate repair status to clients and leadership, and follow customer, company, and OSHA safety requirements.
• Mechanical work may include fabrication, stick welding, and painting.
