What you'll do

• Support outside sales representatives with customer accounts and daily sales activities
• write tickets and prepare quotes
• process special orders and purchase orders
• monitor open orders
• coordinate deliveries and credit pick-ups
• receive and process store shipments
• deliver products to jobsites as needed
• forward confirmations, invoices, and credits
• help resolve customer product or order issues
• maintain communication with customers, vendors, and team members.
