What you'll do

• Provide bathing, grooming, oral care, and dressing assistance
• help with mobility, transfers, positioning, meals, and feeding
• monitor and report changes to the nurse
• assist with patient-related housekeeping and laundry
• communicate compassionately with patients and families
• maintain a safe environment
• assist with range-of-motion exercises as directed
• provide companionship and document care.
