What you'll do

• Provide care according to individual program plans
• assist residents with hygiene, dressing, mobility, and self-care
• conduct rounds and respond to call lights
• observe and report changes in condition to the nurse
• support communication, social, and daily living skills
• assist with activities and appointments
• perform assigned housekeeping and equipment care.
