What you'll do

• Complete MDS assessments accurately and on time

• supervise MDS data entry, validation, and transmission
• resolve discrepancies
• prepare reports for the Director of Nursing and leadership
• provide feedback to clinical teams
• support surveys, audits, and regulatory reviews
• maintain Medicare, Medicaid, and RAI/MDS compliance
• and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
