The Shift Leader role is onsite in Issaquah, WA, and pays $21–$23 per hour. The position supports restaurant operations for a Dave’s Hot Chicken location operated by Dissaquah LLC. The shift leader supervises team members and coordinates daily restaurant activities to support the restaurant’s business plan. The role assigns tasks, trains staff, supports guest service and food preparation, monitors performance and safety, and handles operational and administrative routines.

What you'll do

• Supervise team members and delegate tasks
• organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
• greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages
• ensure food preparation follows instructions and safety requirements
• maintain cleanliness
• resolve guest concerns
• train team members
• balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned
• complete daily paperwork and opening or closing activities as directed.
