What you'll do

• Maintain production quality and safety standards
• locate raw materials and learn the brewery layout
• accurately weigh and stage flavorings, juice, and additives
• clean and maintain finishing vessels according to SOPs
• monitor and correct carbonation before packaging
• assemble and break down hoses and parts
• follow procedures for chemicals and pressurized equipment while wearing PPE
• log information accurately
• complete cleaning tasks
• begin training on transferring and blending equipment.
