What you'll do

• Prepare vacant apartments for market
• handle work orders
• perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and appliance repair
• maintain grounds and common areas
• support preventive maintenance and inspections
• assist with pool upkeep and seasonal projects
• remain available for emergency maintenance needs.
