Groundskeeper

What you'll do

• Walk properties to remove trash and debris
• maintain dog waste stations and dumpster areas
• mow, trim, and mulch
• use landscaping tools and equipment
• remove snow and apply salt
• organize and stock the maintenance shop
• report hazards and maintenance concerns
• assist with unit make-ready tasks
• and follow safety and security procedures. The role may rotate between properties and includes emergency response availability during inclement weather.
