What you'll do

• Conduct psychological and psychosocial assessments
• develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
• provide evidence-based psychotherapy for alcohol use disorder and co-occurring conditions
• coordinate care with internal and external providers
• conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention as needed
• monitor progress
• participate in weekly case reviews and team meetings
• maintain clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
• communicate with patients by phone, secure messaging, and video.
