What you'll do

• Drive sales and profitability through customer satisfaction
• execute planograms
• ensure merchandise is priced, displayed, and stocked at appropriate inventory levels
• supervise, train, and develop staff
• delegate and manage work, employees, time, and resources
• maintain product knowledge
• address customer concerns
• maintain safety awareness. May operate a forklift or industrial truck to move merchandise.
