• Resolve help desk issues
• set up workstations and peripherals
• install, configure, update, and troubleshoot hardware and software
• manage Microsoft 365 and Active Directory accounts and permissions
• maintain SharePoint access
• track technology assets and changes
• support point-of-sale and e-commerce platforms
• monitor security alerts and assist with incident remediation
• improve IT processes and documentation
• and provide onsite and scheduled after-hours support as needed.
