What you'll do

• Provide technical support and service advice by phone and in person
• teach technicians and troubleshoot HVAC needs
• assist outside sales in recommending equipment and systems
• help manage branch service and parts operations
• inspect equipment
• support product-application, installation, and service training
• assist inside sales, counter service, phones, pricing, quotes, credit terms, and orders
• read and explain wiring and piping diagrams.
