What you'll do

• Develop the enterprise CRM and lifecycle roadmap
• map customer journeys and build triggered programs
• identify relevant cross-sell opportunities
• plan, build, quality-check, deploy, and optimize email and SMS campaigns
• develop segments and personalization logic
• maintain audience, consent, and suppression practices
• establish KPIs and testing plans
• partner with Salesforce owners, Technology, Analytics, and Compliance
• follow privacy, consent, fair lending, data security, and marketing approval requirements.
