Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist

What you'll do

• Prepare and issue skilled nursing facility client invoices
• review census reports, service logs, and rate schedules
• monitor aging reports and follow up on balances
• resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
• reconcile accounts and apply payments
• communicate with facility administrators and accounts payable departments
• document collection activity
• support month-end close and reporting
• and identify payment-delay trends.
