Services Assistant

The Services Assistant role is onsite in Minot, ND. Compensation is not specified. The position supports Kalix programs across its Vocational and Residential divisions and other agency areas. The role provides cross-program learning and work experience, with assignments shaped by agency needs and employee development. It also contributes to special projects and may temporarily cover for a Program Director or another agency employee during a vacancy.

What you'll do

• Observe and learn about Vocational and Residential programs and other agency areas, including Quality Assurance, Behavior Specialist, and Nursing
• attend in-service training
• lead assigned special projects
• complete required module, NSO, medication, and CPR/First Aid certifications
• provide on-call support when needed
• temporarily or permanently cover for a Program Director or other employee during a vacancy
• complete the Developmental Disabilities module certification within the first year
• undertake light travel if required.
