What you'll do

• Cross-train in sales, accounts, and shop departments
• shadow sales and account directors, home office, and marketing/internet sales
• learn department policies and processes
• learn file completion and protection-claim tracking
• learn ordering and operational procedures
• understand monthly profit-and-loss statements
• learn sales-driving activities, including outbound lead calls, flyers, goal setting, and tracking.
