The Family Law Paralegal role is onsite in San Jose, CA, with a stated base pay range of $69,800–$112,500 per year. What you'll do

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents
• prepare financial disclosures, child support worksheets, and parenting plans
• manage case calendars and deadlines
• ensure timely filings
• communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• edit documents and prepare them for signing
• handle sensitive client data discreetly and accurately
• complete assigned tasks promptly.

Why this role

Requires at least 3 years of family law paralegal or legal assistant experience and an associate degree in paralegal studies or equivalent. The stated onsite schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
