Swim Instructor (Paid Training)

The Swim Instructor role is onsite in Frisco, TX, at the West Frisco location. Pay is $13.50–$15 per hour. Aqua-Tots teaches children to become safe and confident swimmers. The instructor delivers lessons using the Aqua-Tots curriculum, maintains pool safety, and communicates student progress to families. The role also supports pool readiness, tracks student progress, and collaborates with the swim school team.

What you'll do

• Teach swim lessons using the Aqua-Tots curriculum for all ages and skill levels
• maintain awareness of pool safety and follow safety procedures
• update families on student progress
• answer parent questions about curriculum and progression
• check pool chemicals and log results
• help keep the pool area clean and organized
• complete Aqua-Cards at the end of each shift
• attend trainings and staff meetings
• support team goals under the Lead on Duty.
