What you'll do

• Repair or replace lighting, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets, hardware, filters, paint, furniture, wall coverings, caulking, and grout
• inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• record completed, scheduled, pending, and evaluation-needed repairs
• assist with preventive maintenance
• maintain knowledge of fire alarms and evacuation procedures
• use hand and power tools
• support hotel teams as requested
• protect guest, associate, and hotel safety and security.
