What you'll do

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions
• contribute to care plans and take appropriate actions to support patient outcomes
• coordinate patient flow and patient experience
• deliver safe care and document assessments, changes, care, education, and incidents
• advocate for patients and communicate with families and care providers
• contribute to performance improvement
• mentor and precept other nurses
• maintain professional competence and required training.
