What you'll do

• Directly supervise, coach, train, and evaluate Sales Associates, Utility Workers, Team Leads, ADC Attendants, and Production Workers
• delegate assignments and uphold procedures. Support merchandise quality and production, customer service, cash handling, inventory, merchandising, safety, housekeeping, documentation, and sales analysis. Serve as an emergency contact outside regular business hours and cover other locations when needed
• operate a forklift.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent; at least one year of military service or related full-time employment. Supervisory experience preferred. Some weekend and evening availability is required; may travel to other retail locations when covering for the manager.
