What you'll do
- Sell on the floor and deliver Fit2Run’s Fit process
- provide product knowledge, gait analysis, and personalized recommendations
- coach team members
- serve as Leader on Duty during assigned shifts
- support onboarding and training
- execute opening and closing procedures
- maintain cleanliness and visual standards
- assist with inventory, merchandising, events, and shift coverage.
