The Principal Cybersecurity Engineer role is onsite at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, Massachusetts. Compensation is $175,000–$180,000 per year. The position supports the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Ground Based Air Defense Sensor division. The role provides senior cybersecurity leadership across system security documentation, Risk Management Framework authorization, infrastructure security, risk mitigation, and classified program support. It helps ensure systems meet security requirements while supporting mission execution and acquisition lifecycle needs.

What you'll do

• Lead development and review of system security documentation
• support system and application authorization and accreditation under RMF
• manage ATO/ATC, reciprocity, continuous monitoring, and eMASS packages
• provide cybersecurity leadership for network and system architecture
• support cross-domain solutions and CSfC
• assess vulnerabilities and implement STIGs
• advise on risk mitigation, policies, and contingency plans
• support acquisition program security and classified information records
• advise government leadership, collaborate on authorizations, and deliver cybersecurity training.
